HOFFMANN MINERAL GmbH is a German manufacturer of a natural mineral filler, named Neuburg Siliceous Earth, which is a mixture of lamellar kaolinite and corpuscular, crypto-crystalline and amorphous silica. This functional filler is sold worldwide under its trade name SILLITIN, AKTISIL and SILLIKOLLOID. Currently new calcined products, named SILFIT and AKTIFIT have been developped. The filler shows a perfect performance in various coatings and adhesives applications and gives excellent results as TiO2 replacement.
